What is a high-pass filter circuit?
A high-pass filter is a circuit that allows high frequencies to pass through and blocks low frequencies. It helps remove low-frequency sounds from a track, such as the rumble of a distant train or the low hum of air conditioners. Many audio editing programs include high-pass filters, and you can also use a hardware filter to achieve the same effect.
